A single Party Wall Award (each neighbour) for works in Fulham, London
Acting for a Building Owner and on a tight timeline where the Building Owner’s originally appointed Party Wall Surveyor became no longer able to act.
Advising strategically where certain works did not fall within the Act to save time and expense to the Building Owner and offering up experienced solutions where not all design information was readily available.
One Award for each neighbour for all works including Section 11(11) payments to neighbours where use was made by the Building Owner of party wall historically erected by them.
Works included internal alterations / layout changes, rear infill / wrap around extension, loft conversion and rear garden home office.
