The practice is set up to offer surveying services in London and extending to include the entire inner M25 area and whole of the South East of England (Kent, Surrey and Sussex). This said, services have been provided as far as Exeter through to Leeds where particular clients have specifically requested. Our office is located in Sevenoaks, just 30 minutes from London by train and also with immediate access to the M25 meaning we can access our serviced area quickly.
We are able to conduct specific defect analysis on both residential and commercial premises to identify the source of both fabric and structural defects. Such reports will range from cracking in brickwork and masonry to damp and water penetration, to cut edge corrosion or poorly detailed or installed cladding.
Defects can often be identified / solution suggested following a non destructive inspection of the property and an understanding of the history behind the problem However, it is common for opening up works, flood tests, monitoring techniques and more recent technologies such as thermal imaging and CCTV surveys to positively identify root causes.
