Access to neighbouring premises to provide temporary protection and alter the height of shared Party Walls, underpinning and removal of buildings to developer’s side of the Party Wall(s).

Protection to Air Conditioning Units adjacent to ‘dusty works’ falling under the Act.

Removal of a building structure on the Developer’s side and tying of the Party Wall to neighbour’s building frame.

Building a reinforced concrete retaining wall against the boundary with a neighbouring car park and corresponding negotiations for access to the neighbour’s land.
