Acting for an Adjoining Owner (busy Pub chain) – One Award and one access licence over two work phases.
Excavation for piled foundations reqiring a Party Wall Award.
Access Licence for a cantilevered / hanging scaffold oversailing the neighbour’s premises required very careful consideration of how noise, dust, security etc would affect the Pub’s trade and busy courtyard dining area and agreeing measures to either mitigate or compensate the neighbour.
