Acting for Adjoining Owners either side of a developing neighbour – 6 Awards over three work phases for deep basement over entire building plot footprint, extensive alterations including removal of all internal walls, floors and rear elevation, substantial extension and internal reconfiguration.
Security for Expenses were negotiated on behalf of the Adjoining Owners and also payments negotiated for ‘future costs of enclosure’ and ‘payments in lieu’ of repairs for damage caused to the Adjoining Owners’ properties during the works.
